owned by the Association of Metropolitan Sewerage Agencies, PA
Consulting Group, and SCIENTECH, Inc. It is a violation of
copyright law to copy, duplicate, reproduce, or recreate VSAT™
in any form or by any means without prior written permission of
the copyright holders. Training on the use of the VSAT™
software shall not be offered by private entities without prior
written permission of the copyright holders.
There is no representation, expressed or
implied, that VSAT™ is suitable for all situations. The
copyright holders do not assume any liability resulting from the
use of or reliance upon information contained in or generated by
VSAT™. VSAT™ does not replace any duty to warn, take
precautions, properly train, and/or equip employees and/or the
public with information and/or resources to address potential
risks.
VSAT™ is intended for use in assessing
vulnerabilities and enhancing emergency preparedness at public
wastewater utilities and public and private water utilities in the
United States. Unless specifically authorized by the copyright
holders in writing, the use of VSAT™ by any authorized user
shall be limited to assisting water and wastewater utilities in
